The support desk is available for technical queries, reporting issues and for advice on configuration. You will be provided with a support ticket number for any issue which cannot be resolved immediately and this will be tracked through to completion.
The Magique Galileo system is highly configurable with every element in the system able to be re-named, included or excluded and moved. However there may be a need for further customisation or additional functionality to meet a specific need. Our experienced programming team can write new functionality to meet your exact need.
