Project Management and Implementation Methodologies

Our Project Management and recommended Implementation Methodologies are refined and robust covering all processes from project appointment, through configuration, specific required customisation/reporting, testing, implementation, training, final delivery and post-implementation support.

Our standard approach to implementation involves a number of key stages some of which run in parallel whilst others are dependent on the successful completion of prior stages.

Project Plan

A project plan would be prepared with you to meet your priorities and milestones but would typically include:

  • Infrastructure
  • Workshops and Configuration
  • Development and Customisation
  • Training
  • Go-Live
  • Support

An implementation typically takes three months from Start to Go-Live but we are happy to work to your timescales.
